Laura tried everything to make a profit on her niche bird site… but nothing worked.

“This birding site which has my heart and hours of time invested in it, and with a decent load of traffic year round, has barely made me enough money to justify it’s existence in the last 19 months or so.

I’ve worked in Adsense, wrote an ebook, maintain a mailing list for it, built a blog full of products and more valuable information to visitors, once had a forum on the site, displayed amazon products and books, wrote a few relevant book reviews, showcased other merchant deals, coupons and products….you name it, I’ve tried it on this site to turn a buck…
